Tsurkan

Sergey Tsurkan has been named director of package engineering development at Topline Products. In his new position, Tsurkan will lead Topline engineers in the development of packaging solutions. He has more than eight years of experience in the cosmetics packaging industry in product development and operation management roles. Tsurkan held previous positions at Portola Packaging International, where he managed the engineering department in Shanghai, China, as well as Portola’s operations in Guangzhou, China. Prior to Portola, he worked at Risdon International in product development where he developed mascara and lipgloss packages and fragrance closures.
